Our phone orders system helps us get you the right products and prescriptions for your pet.

Step 1

Phone or text us to get through to a nurse (who can check our system for your pet records and previous purchases)

Step 2

Place your order, we will put your items aside for you immediately

Step 3

Let us know how you like to receive your items, you can...

  • A. Collect from the clinic
    • OR
  • B. Have them couriered to you (for a small courier fee)

Step 4

Choose a payment option

  • A. Pay at the front desk as normal, when you collect your items
    • OR
  • B. Have an invoice emailed directly to you so you can pay via bank transfer
